Every Evercrest residence begins with a walk. We go at first light, again at midday, and once more as the sun sets, noting where the wind comes from, where water gathers and which views hold up in every light.

Those notes become the first constraints of the design. A house that ignores its site spends its whole life fighting it.

Software is excellent at precision and poor at doubt. A pencil sketch leaves room to be wrong, which is exactly what the first weeks of a design need.

We draw plans, sections and the view from each room by hand before a single line goes into the model.
